These are the policies we use to guide how we deal with the sensitive information you provide us. They also let you know how you can cancel your membership if there is ever a need to do so.
Privacy Policy
Any information that you give to Web Marketing Concepts will never be shared or sold to another company. Once you become a member, we may, however, occasionally email you information about new features that we have added to the site or other information about your account.
If you are not a member of Web Marketing Concepts but you exchange links with one of our members, we will occasionally send you emails suggesting that you join our program to take advantage of all the member benefits. You will also receive emails from other members requesting to exchange links with you. These emails are generated by our software system and the member requesting the link will never see your name or email address.
Security Policy
Our sign up process is totally secure. All forms where we ask you to provide personal or credit card information are secured with SSL encryption. In addition, All Credit Card authorizations are handled through a secure link to Authorize.net for maximum protection. |

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership in Web Marketing Concepts at any time. This can be done by calling us at 1-616-837-8783. There is no refund of the monthly membership fee but all future charges against your credit card or PayPal account will be stopped.
Cancellation requests must be made 3 business days before your billing date to guarantee that you will not be billed in the next cycle.
When you cancel your membership in Web Marketing Concepts you will also stop earning affiliate commissions for the members that you have referred to the site. Any affiliate commissions that you have earned up to the time when you cancel your membership will be paid to you in the next payment cycle.
Cancellation of your membership will also stop other member's reciprocal links to your website, which will likely cause you to drop in the page ranks of the search engines.
If you are utilizing the Free web site hosting available to members, canceling your membership will also cancel the hosting account.
SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE)
Web Marketing Concepts, LLC takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network. Very simply, this means that customers of Web Marketing Concepts may not use or permit others to use our network to transact in UCE. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties including termination of service. Do not use Spam emails or lists to promote Web Marketing Concepts. Only use opt-in verified lists that comply with all conditions of the CAN-SPAM act.
First violations of this policy will result in warning and your account will be reviewed for possible immediate termination. A second violation will result in an “Administrative Fee” of $100 and immediate termination of your account. Users who violate this policy agree that in addition to these "Administrative” penalties, they will pay “Research Fees” not to exceed $175 per hour that Web Marketing Concepts personnel must spend to investigate the matter. Support Boundaries
Web Marketing Concepts provides 24×7 email technical support to our subscribers (except for holidays). We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. The following is our guidelines when providing support: Web Marketing Concepts provides support related to your server or virtual site physical functioning, the link expander, the affiliate website optimizer, and the tools provided in the member's resources and downloads. Web Marketing Concepts does not offer tech support for application specific issues such as cgi programming, html programming, or any other such issue. If you can email, we encourage you to email support@web-marketing-concepts.com for assistance. If you are able to get online and have other questions, you can contact us via our online trouble ticket system. Lastly, the instructional videos in the member's resources and downloads area may have the answer to your question so please do investigate these resources before calling tech support.
